Domestic Shipping Information
- Your order will be shipped UPS or USPS which ever is cost effective.
- Free shipping and handling for spice orders over $50.00. NO FREE SHIPPING FOR INJERA ORDERS.
- There is a $9.60 shipping and handling charge for orders up to 7 pounds of spices.
- Due to the heavy weight of Injera, we do not offer free shipping for Injera orders. We use flat rate priority mail to ship up to 3 packs(30 pieces) of Injera for $9.60.
In most cases to insure freshness, Injera orders are prepared and shipped separately from spices on Tuesday each week.
- Under normal business volume and item availability, your order will be processed and shipped with in 24-48 hrs. (business days)
- Allow 3-7 business days to receive your orders.
International Shipping Information
- We use global flat rate box from United postal service to ship our products overseas.
- The rate is $23.00 for up to 6-7 pounds of spices to ship to Canada and Mexico.
- The rate is $37.00 for up to 6-7 pounds of spices to ship else where.
- We strongly recommend you check the customs rules and regulations of your country or your local post office before placing your order. Some counties may have some restrictions and others may have duty charges.
- Since injera is perishable, we do not ship injera out side the US
- Under normal business volume and item availability, your order will be processed and shipped with in 24-48 hrs. (business days)
- Average delivery time is 5-7 business days according to USPS.
